CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT

By placing an order, you hereby authorize Ausmor Performance to charge these amounts to the credit card entered.

We accept Discover, Master Card, and Visa. We do not ship COD. We only ship to the billing address of the credit card. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes or UPS store lock boxes.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices and part numbers on the Ausmor Performance web site are subject to change without notice. By calling the Ausmor Performance toll free 1-866-401-0220 orders only number could result in higher pricing than that of the web site due to labor and communication costs associated with the call. Some parts may not be available for immediate shipment due to back orders and/or manufacturing constraints. Should there be an instance where we cannot ship the product within the terms of our shipping policy we will contact you by phone or email to discuss a from of action.

LIMITED WARRANTY

All products supplied by Ausmor Performance are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in fit, form, and function for a period of 90 days under normal service, does not include off-road and/or racing use. Ausmor Performance liability is limited to the replacement and/or repair of any defective product only. Incidental, consequential damages, and/or labor claims will not be accepted. Damage, defect, loss, and/or injury liability will not be assumed by Ausmor Performance due to misuse, improper installation, and/or negligence.

Ausmor Performance will not be held liable for any inaccuracies or typographical errors within this web site.
