SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of the next business day after the order is placed. Although we try extremely hard to ship the same day on all orders received by 2:30 PM CST. If we need additional time to ship your order due to manufacturing constraints we will email you immediately for your approval. Shipping days do not include weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.
Ausmor Performance will only ship to the address of the credit card billing address. We do not ship to PO boxes. We do not ship COD.
All shipments are rate shopped for the most economical carrier. We offer Express Mail, FedEx, UPS, along with several motor carriers.
UPS ground up to 150 pounds per package.
UPS 100 weight service when less expensive than common carriers.
ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES
Special delivery services UPS & FedEx Next Day and Saturday delivery.
UPS & FedEx Second and Third day delivery.
Please add $40.00 for Alaska and Hawaii delivery.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If you do not receive your shipment in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us 1-620-245-0312 so we can track the shipment. If your shipment arrives damaged you must notify the carrier immediately. Customer should advise us by calling 1-620-245-0312 so that we may assist with any claim procedures required by the carrier. Customer must keep damaged item(s) and all original shipping packaging until advised of disposition of claim.
RETURN POLICY
Effective 8-20-2008
Pre-approved returns will be allowed within 15 business days of invoice ship date and must have an Ausmor Performance issued RGA (returned goods authorization) number clearly displayed on the package along with the original invoice. All returns must be freight paid by the customer, freight collect returns will not be accepted. 15% restocking fee and freight (original outbound to customer) reimbursement will be allowed if return is due to our error. Returns must be in original package that have not been opened or installed.
